What we collect
When you subscribe, we collect the information needed to run your membership: your name, email address, and company details you choose to provide. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the briefings and reports you paid for, to manage your account and billing, and to send you service emails about your membership. That's it.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share our subscriber list with anyone. Ever. That is a founding principle of this publication, not just a policy line.
Membership content arrives by email, so email is part of the product. Marketing emails (as opposed to the briefings you subscribed to) always include an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and basic, aggregate analytics to understand site traffic. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep, such as billing records). Email hello@hollywoodsaleswire.com and we'll take care of it.
